Extended surface pleated filtrers. The
media is aerodynamically pleated and encrased in a two pieces
die cut beverage Board frame. In using MAXI AIR filters
It ensures a better air quality. The filter is tested in
accordance with the ASHRAE 52.2 methode.
CONSTRUCTION:
The media is bonded to a support grid with a 95% open surface.
The inside periphery of the frames are coated with a sbonding
adhesive to seal the media pack in place and to prevent any
air- bypass around the media pack. Also, the beverage board
used will permit a resistance to humidity.
APPLICATION:
The controlled pleat spacing and aligment assures uniformity
throughout the filter. Larger dust particules are caught in
the rear while smaller particles are trapped along the sides
of the pleat.
